Tongs and Spatula`s The Utensil questions

The recent threads on cookware, plates and bowls, storage containers have really opened up my eyes to some new stuff available.

How about your favorite grillware set ? Spatula, tongs, pokers, ladles, basting brushes and such. Who makes a good heavy duty set ?

What I have seen at the local department stores leaves a bit to be desired. Either junky or WAY overpriced for a simple stamped part.

I use OXO 16" locking tongs, I have had these for quite awhile (10+ years) and they don't show any signs of wear, I also use an OXO Metal spatula, can opener and bottle opener for camping, they seem like they will last my lifetime.

i like good commercial style stainless steel utensils and i find restaurant supply shops to have good stuff and very good prices. other than the knife the most used utensils in my camp are a good tongs and a big slotted spoon.
