tow package for 2008 Tacoma?

Can any one point me in the direction of a good tow package (wiring for trailer brakes and adjustable ball mount as well). This is for my 2008 Taco 4wd access cab. Also, I prefer something that doesn't require any drilling.

? You mean just a hitch and wiring? You can get them from uhaul, autozone, checkers, or even the dealership. Any of those should be good.

The tow package also includes a 130A alternator and I believe a battery upgrade also.

If you get the tow package from a Toyota dealership then yes it does. Expensive route to go compared to say U-haul, but great if you plan on modifying the truck.
