Towing with Chevy Express Quigley

Hi guys,
I'm getting ready to order a 2016 Chevy Express 3500 extended diesel with Quigley 4x4.
I plan on towing a 9,000 lb trailer with this. The factory tow rating is 10K, but was wonder how the Quigley set up affects towing.
I'm wanting to do the 3" lift option, but if it's going to affect my towing noticeably, I might skip the lift.
I guess Ford guys can chime in here too if you have experience towing a heavy trailer before and after a lift.
Thanks!

Back when I was reading up on Quigs, I seem to remember that they said the conversion reduces tow rating by abt 500#. Had something to do with added weight of the 4wd axles, etc., used up some of the available GVRW. There's a brief discussion on towing with lifted UJOR (Ford) rigs in the recent posts on the UJOINT build site.

We tow 5000k all day long on mountain roads with 6" Ujoint kit. I don't know much about Chevys though other than towing with a 2000 Chevy 2500 van with the 350 vortec worked fine except the gas mileage was terrible. If the lift feels bouncy or it sits too low in the rear get some airbags.
