Description
Up for sale is our 2013 Toyota Land Cruiser 78 Troop Carrier, purchased in 2016 with only 6,700 km on the clock. It now has 240,000 km, with a major Toyota 240,000 km service just completed - mechanically A1.
This is not a commercial sale. The Troopy has been our family base and production rig as a professional documentary crew across Southern and East Africa. Every choice was made with reliability, simplicity, and comfort in mind.
The full overland build was completed in late 2023. This is a turn-key expedition solution - complete Victron electrical system, custom storage, integrated sleep platform, water, comms, and recovery gear.
Built on Toyota’s legendary 1HZ engine - the powerplant that drives Africa. With unmatched reliability and a massive service network, it’s the motor of choice for true expedition rigs.
