Trans-Texas in the cold

Setting out in the AM for a trans-texas ride, and going to be a chilly start. I made a brief overview of how I prep for below freezing rides, and would love to hear how others prepare. Not my coldest ride by a long shot, but still a chilly one.

I just saw your post. The weather here sure has been unusual this year, so I hope that your ride was good. Did you head out towards Big Bend?
