Transmission Fluid

Well I ordered my new transmission today. I ordered it from a salvage yard. It came off of a 2001 Tacoma that only had 3,200 miles on it before it was totaled. Please, a moment of silence for the loss. :(

Anyways, this transmission is basically brand new so I was wondering what is a good brand of transmission fluid that will perform well? I don't want to cheap out on this with some auto store brand fluid.
While I'm at it I might as well drain the transfer case (125k miles on it) and both the differentials. What about these?

A bit more information might be helpful.
Is it a manual or automatic?
And what does the owner's manual specify for trans, transfer and diffs? As specifically as possible, please.

I'm currently using Royal Purple in my motor. I've heard it's good stuff, but I've also heard that people have had problems with it. Sludge problems? Not sure the exact details, but it's making me nervous. I'll see what the UOA says.

For me, I used OEM fluids in the transmission (auto) and Amsoil in the diffs.

Particularly with a late model auto trans I would use exactly what the mfg calls out for it.

Toyota specs a Type-IV trans fluid these days... Though I'm doing fine with a Dexron III (pennzoil) - As for the tcase and diffs, whatever you want/can get that meets the viscosity requirements...
