Hello all, been a lurker for a while, but finally joined the group Anyway, I am currently building a pop-up van roof project on my 2001 E350 4x4 van like my good ole' buddy "dsw4x4" seen here:

My plan is to make the wall using 2-layers of Aqualon fabric separated by 1/16"-1/8" closed- cell foam. I think this is the way some pop-up truck campers are made. I was wondering if anybody can shed some light on the subject, such as I worry about moisture getting trapped, or what foam to use?
Thanks,
