The titanium tire "irons" sound as if they are meant for motorcycles. Would they be up to handling a full size truck tire?

Yes; they're meant for m/c tires.
But, consider the meat on a modern sportbike. You've got a 245/40-16 ---- that's a sidewall to contend with. M/C tires have hideously rigid sidewalls...
I've never personally tried them on a car or truck tire but I know folks who have.
