So by that logic, I can't drive the vintage VW I already own, or a '57 chevy, Manx-bodied buggy, WWII-era Jeep, Kubelwagen, imported R34 Nissan Skyline, Ferrari...

heck, my bicycle does not have a FMVSS label. This seems like something thats just taunting a lawsuit.
