Truck Camper Options with Large Tanks

I am looking for a used hardside, nonslide camper with a floor length of 9' or less to reduce overhang on a longbed truck. I have my eye on the Adventurer 86FB due to the large tanks (42gal fresh/31 grey/31 black). I like the rear kitchen/dinette booth in the layout. The issue is this camper was new for 2012 so I am having trouble finding one somewhat affordably, and the other concern I have is the adventurer campers are quite tall. A tradeoff for cabover comfort, but significant.

The Wolf Creek 850 is lighter and has tanks 33/19/20gal.
The Arctic Fox 865 has a similar layout and large tanks (34,32,31gal), but is quite heavy (>4000lbs wet).

I would prefer a northern lite or bigfoot, but they hold their value and are quite expensive or hard to find the right model...
For example, the bigfoot 25c9.4 is pretty good (38,32,22gal)
I haven't looked specifically at NL models just due to their price (>$30,000 locally)

I would consider older models as well, but info is harder to find if brochures aren't available online.

The camper would be used for off grid boondocking (i.e. no hookups) and I would dump the tanks when I get back to the nearest station. For example, forest service roads (height/clearance issue with branches) in the summer and Baja Mexico in the winter.

Any suggestions for specific models to look for?
