Recently received and installed a TRUCKBOSS Truck Deck onto my 2013 Tundra Double Cab TRD 5.7 V8.

The deck is built by Marathon mfg in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and were a pleasure to deal with during the order process.
While primarily built to carry snowmobiles, ATV, and other recreation vehicles, the deck also provides very secure bed storage and a strong base to build off of for Overland style racks and accessories:

The deck arrived via freight, packaged very nicely with no possible way of being damaged. Much appreciated.

After unpacking, organizing and reviewing the manual, i was ready to install onto my newly line-Xed bed.
The deck is made entirely from extruded aluminum with zero welds. It all comes together with 5/16" carriage bolts and "capture channels".
The side rails and legs are installed first.

I chose to fabricate these pads to fit under the feet and follow more closely the contours of the bed. They are made of solid Oak, cut to fit and coated in PlastiDip.

The deck surface is then attached to the side rails in four separate sections. This creates a vault-like seal when locking the tail gate shut. The deck is rated to carry an impressive 2000lbs of weight. The legs support the majority of the load while occupying very little, if any bed storage space.

More photos and info included in my next post......

Seals are attached to both the front and rear of the deck, making it nearly weather proof. I have only experienced minimal dust and water intrusion, all from the tailgate area, and no more than i have noticed on previous trucks with toppers.

This shows a 5/16 carriage bolt slid into a capture channel on the deck surface as well as the supplied headache rack secured to the deck.
Six different channels, both on the top and underside of the deck, allow you to customize your load carrying options. I intend to add a bed rack and Roof Top Tent for starters....

I'm not sure of the exact weight of the deck. I have noticed no negative change in MPG or ride characteristics. Before and after photos do show a loss in ride height of about 1/2 inch.

Being that I will be carrying a snowmobile in the winter months, I'm very excited about the versatility of the TRUCKBOSS. It is very quick and easy to remove accessories, provides lockable bed storage, is relatively light weight, and the fit and finish are exceptional!
I have some travel plans scheduled for the summer and will be anxious to see the long term results with a rack, RTT, and other items secured to the deck.
