Trucks to get larger exhaust brake from?

Hey

Just wondering what some trucks are the would work for a larger exhaust brake when upgrading fuso exhaust?

I was looking at I think a fuso fk or fm and looked like it worked off pressure instead of vacuum.

I know some of the isuzu ones but being in Canada we only really got the gm version with the cat which has no exhaust brake.

Maybe hinos?

View attachment 291145 Original EB on the left 2 1/4 inch Replaced with 3 inch. The 3'' was from a truck wrecker, the scrap bit of steel on top of the spanners is the pressurised type,so I just took that off and bolted my original vacuum unit to it, the only thing that was different was the butterfly valve opened the wrong way, I took it apart and turned it around. Works like a bought one.

No idea which truck it came off, just asked for a 3 inch exhaust brake and this is what they posted up to me.

This may not apply to your issue. A few years ago I had to replace the exhaust manifold on my MF. The dealer said that they had never seen one of them crack before. The outlet from the manifold was smaller than the inlet to the turbo by a notable amount. I thought about getting the die grinder out to do some port matching, I didn't. It is the smallest opening in my entire exhaust system.
