This is a custom-built turn-key overlanding trailer based on a Ford Courier truck bed with everything you need to camp and explore. It is currently running 265/75 R16 tires on steel wheels. It has a 3500# axle with electric brakes and two shocks per side. It has stock springs with an add-a-leaf for a little lift and carrying capacity. It runs smoothly over bumps and has little sway due to the double shocks. One set of shocks uses the stock shock and mounting, and the other is a heavy-duty Monroe shock with a custom vertical mount close to the hub for maximum damping. Everything is painted with Raptor Liner.

The kitchen box comes complete with everything you need to cook and eat for 4 people. The box also stores a good amount of food using plastic bins from Target. A new Campshef Stove stores in the bed where the 5# Propan cylinder is also stored. For safety, there’s a 10# fire extinguisher mounted for easy access. The tailgate makes a great cooking and prep surface.

The bed can hold 2 bikes with Rocky Mounts Drop Top mounts. There’s a waterproof tub that holds stakes, the tent room, a hatchet, shovel, odds and ends for camp setup. The second tub holds a water bucket, water hose, WAG toilet, and supplies. The WAG toilet uses WAG bags and can go as many days as you have bags for.

The water system uses two 10-gallon tanks at the front of the bed. These are linked together with a hose and self-leveling. You can fill and dispense water from the tailgate. There is a Dometic Waterport in the kitchen for handwashing and cooking. The water system is easy to fill and drain, and 20 gallons last a long time.

The tent side box is mostly empty and can hold clothing, sleeping gear, backpacks, shoes, and whatever.

The front box holds an ICECO JP40 fridge, 100w solar panel, and Craft Autoworks OES Pro 100 AH power system with an inverter, solar charging, and 12V outlets. It can power the fridge indefinitely with solar. There’s also a Frontrunner soft pack for trailer items, device charging, and storage.

The tent is a Tuff Stuff Overland Elite RTT that sleeps 4 people. It’s 78” wide. It comes with two double sleeping bags and a memory foam topper. The tent has an annex room that can be used with or without a floor. This shows some use and wear but has a lot of life left in it.

The rack on which the tent sits is a custom-built unit by a local fabricator and has a nice low profile for efficiency and accessibility. The tent is mounted on polyurethane body mounts. The awning is an Alucab Shadow Awn that is freestanding and easy to deploy. It is mounted on brackets that were custom-made and are completely removable.

The whole trailer is rock solid and an awesome setup to have as a base camp or overland camp and works really well. When you get to camp, you rotate the rear jacks down and level it out side to side, then use the tongue jack to level it front to back. So you really don't have to consider leveling when you park it. This also isolates it from the suspension so you don't feel that when you're in bed.

I’m selling this for two reasons. 1) My kids got BIG. We don’t really fit in it anymore. 2) We bought a van and now that the trailer is dialed in, we never use it…
