These both seem like decent deals could be had, and would make for great starts on a project. High mileage on the van but for $23k might be worth it.... No affiliation, just spotted both this morning....

The Chevy for sure has good/decent value... as the pop top is over $15k+ So if you came to us with the same van & paid $12k+ Your ahead a little & don’t have to wait 6 months to get a top. But it needs a little love with rust.

Ambo is $12k tops at best... $20k for that is way to much IMHO.
