under floor ventilation

long thought substrate attached directly to a vehicle body was not giving consideration to venting & thermal bridging. to that end, anyone use these tiles? they seem like a good way around the concern if there's an extra 3/4" of headroom to sacrifice.

I use that matting in my shop, shower bay in Casa, my Jeep camper, and the foot wells of our "daily drivers".

FANTASTIC STUFF!

Easy to "carve" and if one is creative can be formed by wiring your cut pieces together with aircraft safety wire. Also easy to clean by pulling from vehicle and pressure washing.

Warning: They age ( however slowly), but the 1' squares are cheap enough that it doesn't hurt so badly pitching them and buying new ones!
