2019 Ford Transit 350HD QuadVan 4x4 Diesel - 15 Passenger Leather Interior Fully Rebuilt and Upgraded

This Transit 350HD was professionally converted to true 4x4 by QuadVan, equipped with a Torsen limited slip front differential and a manual transfer case for reliable capability in snow, mud, job sites or mountain terrain. The engine was replaced with a brand new Ford 3.2L turbo diesel as the result of a mechanic’s error, not due to abuse or neglect. The van has been exceptionally cared for and has had extensive preventative replacement done to ensure long term reliability.

Our van is ready for commercial work, family travel, adventure builds, fun or shuttle service. Significant upgrades, replacements and protective features are already completed.

Highlights

• QuadVan 4x4 conversion with Torsen LSD and manual transfer case
• Brand new Ford 3.2L diesel engine, not remanufactured
• All new UPDATED emissions system, NEW turbo, NEW injectors and NEW exhaust manifold
• New intercooler and glow plugs
• New tires and new brakes
• New batteries
• Fifteen passenger leather interior
• Bilstein shock upgrade and tow package
• Additional transmission cooler with electric fan and thermostat
• QuadVan heavy duty skid plates
• LineX Ultra coating on the hood and roof to protect against chips and wear
• External Derahle transmission cooler with thermostat and fan for an extra cool transmission.

If you want a van that can handle commercial, off road work or a large family this is it. Whether you are transporting crews, planning a camper conversion, running mountain routes or building a business, the most expensive and difficult work has already been done. With a brand new engine and fresh supporting components, you are starting from a clean slate rather than inheriting deferred maintenance. This van allows you to move fifteen people comfortably and safely while accessing terrain that standard vans cannot reach.

Van will come detailed for new owner. We’ve put 155,000 miles on it. The engine work was just finished, Amsoil has always been used. Transmission, differential and transfer case fluid as well as all filters have been changed every second oil change. We were meticulous with the maintenance.

The damage to the original engine was caused by a careless mechanic. He lost a small washer that made its way into the intake port when the glow plugs were being replaced. The washer travelled from there, into cylinder 5 and did damage to the piston, cylinder wall and head. New long block engine and all peripherals came directly from Ford.

Asking $49,500

Bump… Our van is an actual 4x4. It can literally drive all four wheels. No open diffs, no AWD systems that use brakes to try to find traction. It has an actual transfer case with 2H, 4H and 4L.

It’s been properly tuned so that you’ll use infinitely less DEF, it’s got an updated DPF and EGR so you won’t have near the regens or internally split EGR’s that leak coolant into the exhaust.

It has the updated Garret “PowerMax” turbo, this is the replacement turbo for the 3.2L DuraTorq from Ford in several other countries. This turbo is 20% more efficient accros a broader use power range. According to Garret and Ford this turbo creates 230hp vs the stock 185hp. But because of increased efficiency it lowers EGT’s while also created a wider power band for towing.

You’d have to drive it to experience the major difference.
