I really want to go to Tibet especially Kailas (i have a 110V O2 concentrator) but I won't go till they ease up. In the meantime S. America might be OK
The best restaurant we found is "Dr Zhivago" = communist food. Cafe Pushkin = favorite place of Putin's buddies not so good.
We stayed in Hotel Kempinski Baltschug suite - good hotel, maybe bugged. Picture taken from guarded parking area under bridge over Moskva River.
