UP Overland 2011 Video

Here is the short film that Hope Alive Media produced after joining us for two days of the trip this past August. I think it does a good job of capturing the diverse landscapes and the feel of the trip... Thanks to Shaun, Meredith, and Matt who made the trek from NY to shoot it. They have DVD's and prints available on their website too if anyone from the trip, or in general is interested.

Thank you, for your reports have really opened my eyes to what is available just one state north from me.
I'm really looking forward to traveling up there next summer.

Why thank you. Just trying to represent a spot that I think is a bit off of everyone's map here where it seems a bit inundated with desert type trip reports. Nothing wrong with them but diversity is good. Plus I have always felt that this area is one of the true hidden gems in the lower 48. SO much to do and see just on this one peninsula. I haven't even scratched the surface yet myself.
