Are you guys using a high pressure polyurea spray for the skin? Will the 160 degree temps from the polyurea melt the foam?

I moved this build thread to the "Other Custom Camper" section. We use the "Earthroamer, GXV, Unicat" section for large campers produced by commercial companies, rather than custom one-off campers built by their owners.

Looks to be a legitimate company rather than a one off owner built, they have a camper body for the big trucks too.

One off or not, it's a great use of polyurea and a cool design. Bravo for ingenuity.

You're correct, Uro-Camper is a company, not a personal project. Thanks for the links. I'll have to think about where Uro-Camper belongs.

Yes, they have featured some of their other campers here on ExPo before. Personally I really like their concepts and are interested to see what they are working on.

Then why do Tiger Adventure Vehicles always get moved from that category? I feel that with their new offerings they belong alongside Earthroamer, but they get moved away each time. Does not seem fair for some reason.

I agree that the placement of manufacturers in sections is arbitrary. For example, the EarthCruiser and All Terrain Warriors campers are stuck in the Mitsubishi truck section, even though both use other chassis, as well. Tiger is another example. Should we separate the manufacturers based on price? on GVWR? on chassis being used? on perceived quality (this will be fun)? on design (e.g., soft pop up vs hard sided pop up vs fixed roof)? on how many forum members drive them?
