USA importer of Longranger Aux tanks

Theres a company in CA that makes custom tanks. ANY deminsions you send them. Its far too late for me to remember their name! AHHHH! Ill have to get back to you on it. They do really good work as my buddy in the shop next to me orders all his custom tanks from them. They will even weld it extra thick on the bottom for a custom skid plate.
I believe the question was whether there is an importer for the Long Ranger tank produced in Australia for the JK.

I can't find a reference for one, and frankly I doubt there is one, but the best bet would be to contact the company directly and ask. They would know.
With the exchange rate on dollars and the import duties, the Aussie tank would probably be priced out of reason.
Local US companies that make tanks for Jeeps would be a better bet. TrailQuest makes, or used to make, a heavy duty tank for the TJ, and may have one or be working on one for the newer models. I have a TrailQuest 22 gallon tank on my CJ7, and could not hope to find a better fuel tank. The bottom of the tank is 1/4 inch thick, has never had a problem with hard contacts with rocks, and I have several times jacked up the rear of the vehicle by lifting against the tank. And, it came configured for fuel injection, with a pump ready for installation. It is worth looking.

The last time I emailed http://www.oot4wd.com.au/, they said they DO ship to the US. Postage, of course depends on method of delivery. Aus Post Seamail being the most cost effective.
Yes, I have contacted them and they will not only ship the tank here but would add the extra 10" to fit my LJ. With shipping the total cost would be about $896US ($1020AUD). That does not include all the import duties tough.
I sure I can find someone to make a tank cheaper, but I doubt it will have all R&D that has gone into the Long Ranger Tanks.

I like your plan, filling the big void next to the driveshaft seems a natural. Moving the weight forward compared to a bigger tank or rear cans is good, the ground clearance loss is worth it to me...
What is the capacity after the extra 10" ??

I am tentatively guessing the extra 10" will increase the capacity to approximately 60 liters. It is normally 43 liters. The normal T-case to axle measurement is around 26". On the LJ it is 36" The portion that would be increased is the large box portion up front. Creating a large Rectangular Prism with a smaller triangular prism that would taper in toward the pinion along the control arms to the rear axle.
As they designed it, the bottom of the tank is only slightly higher than the OEM t-case skid. I am running a 1" body lift. With the body lift the LR tank would still hang down about 1" or so.
Since I already have the Genright 31.5 gallon Safari tank this tank would at least raise my overal capacity to 47.3 gallons.
Even though they will sell me the tank for $1020AUD with shipping that does not cover duties. I have no idea what the duties fee would be.

I had 3 tanks made by Arrow Tanks on my 88 F350, obtained in ~1991-2. Very reasonably priced back then; I have no idea if they're still in business.

When I posted the US tank mfg links I looked for Arrow and didn't find them. It was a qwik search though, a more dedicated effort may turn them up.
It is one of their products in Rod's YJ. It is a custom tank in order to use the stock fuel pump for the LS1. Though a nice product I won't go as far as saying they're the best tank mfg, but it is certainly worth talking to them about this.
