I've often replaced a pair of tires out of the four. Looks like a pair were recently replaced and then he decided to upgrade to a larger size or different tire?

Good tough set of tires. I’ve got a set of these on a LR Discovery and I’ve run them on a couple ¾ ton pick ups. The wear pattern may be a result of alignment issues or possible a worn steering linkage. These are heavy E Load Rated tires and manufacturer recommended tire pressure is 60psi. I never have run mine at that pressure (I’m too much of a pansy and cherish the fillings in my teeth). In the states these tires run about $150 to $160ish USD each. The tires look to have a good amount of life left in them. Before purchase check for repairs – properly executed small repairs in the crown of the tire are no big deal. Repairs of any size in the shoulder or side wall – run away.

Wish they made these in a 255/85r16 – I’d have them on my Tacoma right now.

Tim and Kelsey get lost..
Others commented on the wear so I just wanted to give an opinion on the tire, great tire!
We've run these on the front of our 1600 car for many years. One race I had blow the tire off the bead in a corner and it was stiff enough to hold the front left of the car up and I ran 45 miles on it completely flat. We aired it up and still use it presently. That's a tough carcassed tire.
