I made my own valve spring compressor that I could use with one hand so that took a week to get right. The hardest part about that was getting the angles right so it would push the spring down correctly. I only lost 4 keepers ( I think all of them took flight one or more times. Tommorow I will start reinstalling the plentum and all. I'm pretty confident about my notes and photos I took during disasembly. My only worry is the vacume lines.

I work one-handed as well due to a nerve injury in the Army, in some ways I feel it makes you smarter because you have to think things through twice as much and get creative. Post pictures when you can because mine will need the seals done soon.

If it's the Lisle valve spring tool, it'll work great to disassemble but piss you off to no end trying to reassemble. I also ended up making a little tool with a piece of PVC pipe and a clamp that allowed me to securely hold all the parts.
