I haven't even picked up my Flippac, but I am already planning small mods. However, I don't want to destroy it on my first attempt at modification. I remember seeing on TacoDoc's first awning that he had installed some tie down type rings for attachment.

I want to be able to put up an awning, but not be stuck with it on one side of the vehicle or the other, or be able to put it off the back. TacoDoc, if you read this, what did you like or not like about this set up, and would you recommend it?
If I went with a mounted Fiamma 35, how is it mounted to the Flippac? Can it be moved from one side to the other if you had base plates on each side?
I should have my Flippac on my truck by the end of the year, and hopefully camping out on NYE somewhere between AZ and Austin.![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
