Victron Color Control Frozen On Boot Screen?

The screen is stuck on Boot. This happens every time the batteries run down and cut off power. Usually I do a hard restart by pressing the 2 button simultaneously and that usually works or I remove the power wire but this time it’s stuck for longer than normal.
I checked the website and couldn’t find anything under troubleshooting and Victron no longer accepts calls (bummer… their tech guy was the BEST) unit is about 5 years old and we haven’t done any updates or any.

The CC I have would stop communicating with the 712 about once a month. I thought a firmware fixed it but after 2 years it has started to happen again. So far rebooting solves the problem. A while back I read that changing the order of how the devices are connected might help but I never did anything.


All they suggest in the Victron Community is trying a differnt CC or upgrading to the Cerbo.
