Victron Multiplus AC Input Disconnected

hello kind friends

running into a problem programming the Multiplus

it will not recognize AC input

inverter works fine but of course no power assist as no shore power.

im certain there is a switch or check box im missing
one simple click and my pain will go away

can anyone help me ?? . . .

Have you checked the physical connections? The wiring bay on the Multiplus is very tight and a fight to get big cables landed. I would check the outlet/cord/screw-down connectors in the bay with a voltmeter to cross those possibilities off the list first--

If you are trying to use the VEConnect app on a phone, you probably won't be able to do much programming on an inverter. I think you may need the MK3-USB interface and a computer running VEConfigure. I haven't been able to change any settings on my inverter using the app. I'm definitely not an expert, but I think your programming problem requires VEConfigure.
