Does anyone have one of these? Kinda want one. With the drawers it's a bit of an operation to remove them and use the jump seats.

I always thought it might be neat if you could find one cheap to build into a modular rear storage system that you could emote for day to day use.

My thoughts exactly... I want to use the jump seats AND carry all my heavy gear! Maybe I go back to boxes...

My platform is removable in less than 3 mins and is extremely light weight with the frame having been made from square aluminum tubing. See page 6, post 51 of the thread for the latest iteration without the center support:

That may be what I go to. Only more space underneath. Two wolfpacks fitting under would be ideal. As is the drawers do hold a ton of stuff. I liked your design when I saw it last. Any chance I can peek at it in person? :)

Sure no problem. I actually just yanked the 3rd row out as I got my hands on the two piece cargo deck from a 5 seater as I found that I've never used the 3rd row and could use the extra space underneath to hold some gear as well as the benefit of the weight reduction. I should have that installed by this weekend since the support brackets I needed for the cargo deck just arrived last night. Shoot me a PM and we can try to line something up. I'm down in the SJ area.

Your platform is superb and its ability to be removed is pretty compelling.
Yet for some reason I still think it would be neat to be able to slide out a tailored slide for some reason. I say this knowing that in all likelihood I'd find one, pay some exorbitant amount for it, install it, tweak it, and then realize I don't really need it.

That's why for the moment-and likely for the long term-I see myself sticking with a mixture of wolf packs, pelis, and then soft bags on top all strapped down.
Though I do have designs of sacrificing my back left side's ability to transform into a 3rd row seat with a small drawer for a short long gun, with my tool & recovery peli on it.

As an FYI you can't just remove one of the 3rd row seats as they are joined to a common frame. Well I should say you can separate them as they are held to the frame with very large rivets that would need to be drilled out, however the complete frame would still be needed for the remaining seat which takes up a fair bit of room in the space below even on the side with without the seat Though thinking about it you could hack the frame in half with a cutting wheel, but going this route would mean you'd never be able to revert back.

I'm going to leave both 3rd row seats in place, with the fridge taking up the 30 portion of the 35/30/35 middle row I'd like to be able to sit a driver + 5 if need be. Intent with a half width drawe is to use some flats to go in the divide between rear seats and tie in below w/o permanent mod to the area. (This is conceptual, in execution this fall it may well prove unfeasible)

Here are a few pics of the 3rd row out and the new decking from the 5 seater in. I love the fact that the deck lid opens with the platform one. Surprisingly a lot of space under there.

thats a great idea and I would totally steal that from you if I didn't have the Front Runner drawer system.

Yeah I'd like to see it too!
