Wanted: AWD Chevy Express or GMC Savana

Hi all, looking to get into the adventure van game and settled on either an AWD Chevy Express or GMC Savana after spending too much time salivating over the newer sprinter 4x4s. I'm in Fresno, CA but willing to travel to for the right van. Budget is somewhat flexible, but hoping to keep the purchase price under $10,000. I've found two options relatively close to Fresno and looking for some input.

Slightly over budget but great miles

Seems like a lot of miles for the price

You say budget is flexible, Then go for the one with less miles !! , I like the Pass. Van !! you have 2 vans with diff miles apart and dollars too!!
I am driving a 2005 AWD GMC full conversion Van, bought it 12 years ago with 43,000 miles for $23,000
I have 205,000 miles and still running great. Same 5.3 engine.
The nice thing about full conversion AWD Van , you get compass, elec. locks, locking diff., all the lights, heated power seats., opening tinted factory windows, and etc. you get the message.

Good prices on both vans. In Denver , they would be more.
I prefer cargo if you are doing a camper build. The passenger models have ac and air bag systems that are a ********** to remove.
Also the windows are terribly placed for most layouts.
With a cargo van, you can put in windows where you like them.
Mine has no windows in the back and is great on mornings where you want to sleep in a bit.
