Hey there FWC folks. I just wanted to drop a line to thank you for employing an absolutely outstanding service rep. Brenda has put up with numerous "silly" questions posed by myself over the past month. I have received nothing but cheerful and very helpful responses whether it be through email or over the phone. I have worked in retail for almost 20 years and it has ruined me when it comes to evaluating a solid customer service experience. I can only say WOW, I am thoroughly impressed with all you have done and continue to do for your customers.

Brenda has been putting up with all my questions too and gets back to me very quick. Great customer service! Taking my '85 Fleet in today (1/3) for new lift panels, liner and headliner!
