I have a bulk pack of 10 black plastic clips (I think they're called web dominators), used for excess strap management - you assemble it yourself. Easy to do, just don't forget to melt the cord ends with a lighter to prevent fraying.

These things work great if you have tactical gear, backbacks, etc. Can also be used to secure/route hydration lines if you have a camelbak hydration system.
