Webasto Diesel cooker Install

Hi all I need some help with the start up f my ( new) Webasto Diesel cooker that I purchased in Germany and carried on the plane to VA.
It appears the pump is not working.
Anybody on the east coast who has some knowledge ?

Can you hear a series of clicks? I had problems when I installed mine initially, but the problem was a leaking connection (air leak) where the fuel line entered the stovetop.
