It's a first gen single swing out which would not work for my trip to South America because it had no provisions for extra fuel.
Real simple, extend it and use 3/16th's plate and angle for a quick, functional jerry can holder.
The first thing was to strip it down and remove the bumper and weld it to the fab table.
Extend the swing out by knocking the end cap off, insert the next size smaller square tubing inside and weld all 3 pieces together with one bead.
Do some grinding
Simple but effective locking device
And relocate my HiLift to the front
Then shoehorn it into the container
