What manufacturers have "shell" models?

I'm looking for different options right now.
For cost considerations, I'm curious what companies build "shell" models that basically have sleeping areas setup, and nothing else.

Back story - I continue to press my wife what would get us as a family out camping, and she says she won't do tent camping any more, and it would have to be something with heat to make sure our 2 year old stays warm at night.
(At night it can get down to freezing here in Northern Alberta, even in the middle of July.)

So, who makes a shell model with sleeping areas enough for 3-4 people?
(We're probably going to have munchkin #2 in t enext year or so.)

FWC makes a nice one for sure, I'm going to assume that phoenix will be able to make one as well.

I camped with a simple truck cap for years before I purchased a used pop-up. You might be able to find a nice pop-up(with creature comforts) for a fraction of what a new empty shell will set you back.

There's lots of alternatives out there such as tradesman style caps too.

I had thought of a Flippac as well, kids could sleep up top, and wife and I could sleep in the bed area on a platform. (Or vice-versa.)
I think the FWC shells are around 7000 and the Flippac is about 4000.
I think the Flippac would be harder to keep warm through the night though. But at thousands of $$$ less, a nice high-BTU heater could be purchased.

We have at Four Wheel campers can build an "empty shell model" style camper in either a pop-up style truck camper, or a hard sided cabover style camper.

The pop-up shell models start at $ 6495.00.

The hard sided cabover shell model start around $ 7000.00.
