What to do/ who to meet in London!

Greeting friends in England!

I'm in London with my son for a couple of days and I'm wondering What to do/ who to meet in London! Are there any expedition outfitters/showrooms/enthusiast I should visit while we're here?

Hi Mike, don't know of anyoutfitters in the capitol itself however the landrover owners show is on at billing aquadrome from the 15th - 17th july if you have the time.
its a 1hr train ride from london and a short taxi ride from the town center to great billing.

I really enjoyed visiting the Royal Geographic Society - we were stayed in Paddington last time and walked across Hyde Park to their building. Non-RGS members can access the reading room and exhibitions. There were lots of really amazing maps and books in the reading room.

Not sure how old your son is, but the downside is that the reading room is only open to those 16 years and older.

if you were there a bit longer I would have suggested the Billing Land Rover show...
