Found a 1994 Ford E350 4x4 conversion by Quigley for sale. It has 66k original miles on it. I spoke to the owner he said he bought it from the original owners. He knows its a gas engine but not what size. He is asking $13000 seems like a lot.
Anybody know how good a Quigley conversion was back in 1994? Was it the same as today?

you might find more value info on the sportsmobileforum.com and searching for sale ads..
the age is an issue but the mileage isn't bad...either way $13,000 seems high but without pics, info on rust, ideas about maint it is really hard to say.

As to the Quigley conversion you will get all kinds of answers, the real thing to know is how hard it has been wheeled and how hard you plan to wheel it.
I have a Sportsmobile West 4x4 conversion and based on talking with the owner Alan it seems the older Quigley setups had problems with the C-channel arms. You can inspect these yourself or have them checked out. I would assume there are upgrade options but a call to Quigely with the VIN might be in order.

Also on the value issue it would help to know if the interior is finished, is it a pop top or high top and all that before figuring out what it is worth.

You just said it is a quigly not a SMB a 94 quigly 4x4 back then my guess would be about a 8 thousand dollar option. A 94 E350 I am pretty sure it can only be a 351 or 460 if it is gas. If it is just a quigly with out a SMB conversion I would say he is way our of line on his price for a van that old. My guess would be around 8k on the top end. Keep an eye out you can find them newer than 2000 with under 100k miles for that price if your patient.
