after 3 months on back order recieved my EOS 5D Mark II...out of the box and ready to put on a new lense and noticed a plastic piece that was loose...was ready to ship back BUT called canon support who told me that this is some clip on focusing screen...well that was a first!! anyhhots fixed in 3.8 seconds.....moving from a rebel xt- time to read the owners manual.
