Wheel and tire advice for a 2wd E250

So it's time for my to buy new tires for my 2011 E250. The van is still 2wd right now, and will be for at least another year. I would like to find a tire that does better in the snow and such than the Hankooks that came on it. Any input?

Also, does anyone know the dimensions/specifications on the factory wheels on an E250? I would really like to get something else on there.

Thanks!

I've had/used 265/75-16 bfg a/t on my past E350(s) without issues and loved the small benefits from them... even in rwd.

Interested as well. My E350 came with stock wheels and Unicorn Creation tires...never heard of the tires at all but appears to be a Chinese made tire. They are 10 ply, with a max load listed at 3042 lbs.

I went with a 17x8 wheel, 4.5 inch backspace with a 245/75/17 BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A. A little taller and wider than stock, but should work fine. They should be mounted tomorrow or Saturday. I'll report back on fitment and such once they are on.

Those new shoes look nice! Since it may be a while before I can even think about Ujoint...may look for something with a little better tread.
