Wheel question for 2002 Xterra

I am looking at the Method Race Wheels model 305 in 16x8 with 6x5.5 with a backspacing of 4.5.

Am I going to have issues running these? I have the poor man lift, but plan on lifting it a little more. No body lift for me.
