Where to find a used service/utility bed for '03 F250 diesel?

I have a 2003 F250 powerstroke diesel that I'd like to put a used service or utility truck bed on before I get a pop-up camper. I figure there *must* be some place that sells these used? Anyone have any tips?

They are all over craigslist. The hard part is finding a short bed one. Longbed's are a dime a doezen. Ive been keeping an eye out for a while. Good luck!!

I've gone back and forth. Not sure if I want the utility bed though. I really like the "look" of my stock bed. I have debated a flatbed as well. I will probably end up building a custom rear "swingout" bumper similar to the Aluminess Bumpers. Also you will have to heavily modify a utility bed to fit FWC. That was also a "con" for the utility bed. Even if you find a used one on CL you will burn a few weekends in the shop cutting and welding or pay some $$ for someone else to do it.

My first camper was a small one for a Ranger/Tacoma. I custom built storage boxes and a drawer underneath to make it fit my F-250 and loved all the storage. One thing I found out after switching to my FWC Hawk was that while I had lots of useful stuff stored in it I also had lots of stuff that I didn't need but had because I had the storage. Food for thought. Build here if you want to check it out.
