Will a 265/75/16 spare fit under my 3rd gen 4runner?

I am about to purchase a set of 265/75/16's (cooper st's) for under my fairly stock 99 4runner. I was looking today at the spare tire well, and with my trailer hitch and my panhard bar, I am seriously worried about fitting the spare under there... I see lots of 4runners with this tire size, but much searching has not yeilded an answer.

It will fit easily. A 285/75/16 will fit as well. A 285 will likely rub the panhard bar (mine did), but it wasn't an issue.

I have a 265/75/16 BFG At tucked up there with the factory hitch and it fits real nice.

Interesting, because on my 97, I could only get a 285 underneith by taking all the air out and compressing the tire flat.
