WTB 2" Reciever Shackle

Hey all. This is for any of you that previously had bumpers without shackle attachments. I am running a Badland Explorer bumper on my 4Runner and while is is pretty stout, they failed to incorporate any shackle points on it. Leaving me with the 2" reciever built into it as a recovery point. So if anyone has a 2" shackle sitting around drop me a message. I am just trying to duck buying a new one when I may have some brackets added in the future. Thanks guys.:coffeedrink:

I use a standard hitch pin vs the receiver shackle. Push the tow strap into the receiver and run the pin thru the loop - it's done. If you think about it, it's the same pin that holds the receiver shackle in place...and they are really inexpensive too boot.

That said, I do have two 3/4" x D rings welded to the bumper for attachment points. They also serve as safety chain locations when towing.

Hmm yes I have thought about the hitch pin in the reciever hole idea. Seems as though it would work out just fine I just wonder about clearing the sides at angles on that. I will take some pics and see what you guys think.

And I do hear you on the 24.95 setup. I will just have to pick one up, but I could not make my mind up between doing that and getting a local shop to weld on a couple more mounts.

Thanks though guys
