WTB 5-Foot Go Fast Camper or Similar for short bed Tacoma / Washington State

I am looking for a tilt up style camper, GFC, AT Overland Summit, or anything similar that will fit my 5' bed Tacoma.
It needs to be able to accommodate a rack on top for my kayak.

I'm located in Bellingham, Washington. I don't mind a bit of a drive, but the closer the better.

I need something by mid-September.
