I would like to skip any of the genuflecting/grovelling at the local CA DMV. I have heard there are mythical beast roaming said state. Prefer a truck that has not been built out yet. Thanks for looking.

As a native Californian I fully understand you desire to skip the genuflecting/grovelling at your local CA DMV. I'd just register the thing in Montana, quite easy.
