I recommend an Amazon chafing pans (get the 24 gauge stainless) and a drain for about $20 pan and $10 for the drain.

Otherwise I do have a plastic double bowl new for an RV for $40 plus shipping.

thats brilliant! so i would have to drill a hole and get a drain for it?

There are drain kits on Amazon for about $10. You can drill the drain hole or find an electrician who has panel punch / chassis punch (sorry not sure what you call them here) which gives a much nicer hole.
