If you are looking for a wall type tent, make sure it comes with some sort of frame. I bought a 12x14' canvas wall tent locally at the beginning of the year, and it did not come with a frame. We have had all sorts of trouble fashioning one out of thin wall pipe. It took me several months of browsing to find what I was looking for. Good luck in your search.
