I've got a 2000 Quigley with 132,000 miles on the good ol v10. Passenger seats included (for 15 peeps), running boards, dual batteries, Sony Bluetooth head unit and CB radio. Otherwise Ford stock in the oh so unique white color. She was wrapped since new so the rust is minimal but it has lived in MN so there is one area just in front of the rear wheel well that has rusted thru.

I have a few E-350 4x4 vans available. Sent the OP a message a week ago but haven't heard back.

@XTRALND lotta variables in that equation. Year, mileage, engine, who did the 4x4 conversion, etc.

For a 4x4 conversion but with no interior build I think you're looking at a minimum of $25k for something older/higher mileage.
These vans are probably however averaging closer to the $35k mark if decently clean with life left on the engine/chassis.

It only goes up from there based on how well they are equipped, and the extent of the interior build/electric/plumbing, etc.

Pretty much what he said. It depends on your budget. How much you want to have something nice, who did the conversion. Miles. Etc etc. Ive seen low priced 4x4 vans in the low 20Ks. And all the way up to crazy numbers. Gas or diesel is another thing to consider in the price/budget.
