Hi Community,
I'm looking for a well kitted LC 100, LX470 or Gen4 4Runner expedition rig. Now that my son is getting older I'd like to get the family outdoors as much as possible. I do not have overland experience, but I've been camping and spending time outdoors my whole life. It will be a learning experience for all of us and I'd like to get in a vehicle that's already built out. I foresee this vehicle being used as a 2-3 day excursion vehicle, but also be capable of going on extended overland adventure if needed.
The ideal vehicle will be:
1. drive-ready and have no serious mechanical issues or rust.
2. Under 200k miles
3. Lifted, Locked, Armored, Lighted (recovery gear, habitat (RTT), fridge, HAM comms, ext fuel tank, etc are preferred)
4. Able to comfortably transport 4 passengers + gear
5. Under $18k and located in US.
