WTB: PC based laptop running XP

Well, my Dell died. Again. I am in need of cheapie laptop, non-celeron, of any size and speed. It just needs wireless and to be dependable. I am running some very simple programs that require frequent web updates.

I am a little skittish about craigslist these days - so if any of you have one - let me know!

Just got a Gateway. - $200.00 It works great! So far! For a PC....

I just can't bring myself to install xp on my MacBook....

What happened with the Dell? I may be interested in it, even though it's broken I'm actually looking for something to use for GPS mapping in the truck, and I can work on computers to fix up.

Hard drive took a dive. Everything else is good, I just need something I won't worry about crashing in front of a client. I will look up the model etc. to see if you are interested in it.

I have a laptop I would sell. Its a dell Inspion 4150 with a 120 gig hard drive 15 inch screen, Pentium 4 1.6gh chip (897 mhz), and dvd drive. the hard drive has been wiped so you would need windows for it but it would make a great computer. I even replaced the battery about 2 years ago. How does $125 sound?
