I have a CampingLabs 71"X94" RTT in very good condition stored indoors, it is to big for my FJ40 so I need a smaller version

Actually Im posting my RTT up for sale today and happened to see your ad.
Camping Labs 54x94 RTT,changing room,ladder extension. Tent was slept in about 5 nights total. Everything is in excellent shape.
