WTB Wedge or Pop-up Camper for Short Bed Tacoma

I'm in search of a wedge or pop-up camper for a short bed Tacoma. I'm talking like, super duper short; 5ft bed...6ft with the tailgate down. I also surf, so ideally need to have an ability to mount a surfboard that doesn't require me to remove it to access the sleeping area. Soooo not too many options out there considering these two factors. If you or anyone you know is selling something that would work with my truck I'm ready to buy! Here are some examples of what I'm interested in:

• Any used slide-in camper that would work with that short bed length; especially open to years/makes/models that you know of that work with those super short beds...I'm super new to the truck/camper comb and feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to figure out what will/won't work. This is realistically my best option as ALL the below are newer, so while they work with my bed length, they're all pretty pricey outside that GFC - and while I'd love to jump on that, waiting a year and a half for production? Uh yeah, just doesn't make sense...
• Drifter...hey maybe I'll get lucky and someone is selling : ) The 9K+ new is a bit out of my price range (after necessary add ons like insulation).
• GoFast Camper...same as above, maybe I'll get lucky; I'd gladly snag your spot in line and cover your deposit if you've had a change of plans. (If there are forums on this discussion lemme know! I couldn't find any...).
• Four Wheel Camper
• AT Overland Summit camper
• Any other ideas I'm not thinking of?!

wander the west forum has a camper alert thread thats active. Tacoma world has an active thread

If you're east of the mississippe finding a used one that isnt as much (or more than) a new one is going to be rare. I guess it happens, I see people post about sweet deals, but I've been looking for over a year and I havn't seen one of those yet.
