I've installed my Yakima King Cobra bike trays onto my '07 Tacoma using the bed rails. The install went pretty easily with no drilling or modifications to the bed. I purchased the factory Cargo Cross Bars from Toyota for $124, then took the round bar mounts from my Yakima trays and popped out the little spacers. This allowed mounting to square bars. The rails came with 4 Yakima mighty mounts, but they were not as sturdy as the mounts that came with the trays so I decided to not use them.
